Information provided by Synergy World, a manufacturer of portable restrooms
(toilets), handwash (sink), , accessible, handicap ADA, accessories, and related
supplies.
Energized by the recent purchase by Satellite Industries, Synergy World is entering a new and exciting phase of
product advancements and growth, improved customer service and most of all increased customer satisfaction.
In the past few months Synergy World has restructured the internal workings of the company in order to meet
these goals. Already there are modifications being made in product designs that will be on display at the Pumper
Show in February. We’ve added two new field representatives and customer service staff, while at the same time
established more sophisticated methods of ordering and fulfillment to improve customer satisfaction.
The stability that has come to Synergy World has already resulted in the launching of a new web site, complete
with online parts ordering. There’s also a new deodorizer line that will continue to grow in 2005. All this points to
the fact that Synergy World is moving forward at a rapid pace.
At the head of these changes is Bill Forsman and the growing staff at Synergy World. Rob Gruber and Guy
Wickstrom are new Field Representatives for the Great Lakes and Western United Statesand Lisa Mazzuca has been
added to the customer service staff.
The vision of Synergy World continues to be developing the most dependable, carefree restrooms on the market.
This same vision applies to the newly released deodorizer line as well as the many other products and services to
come.
The focus now is primarily on product enhancements to the Taurus, HighTech and WorldCare restrooms.
Currently, Taurus is undergoing changes to the door front prior to its release in early to mid 2005. The door will
have structural improvements as well as features that are new to the industry.
HighTech is being completely redesigned. Henry Brown, the head of R&D, is working to complete the changes
during 2005 for release in the early part of 2006.
As for the ADA compliant WorldCare restroom, there are several improvements already in production. These
include the addition of new and improved stainless handrails and center supports that add structural integrity to the
unit. Also, new technology is being used to enhance the assembly procedure to insure a more precise fit for
improved strength and aesthetics.
As Synergy World emerges in 2005, it will do so independently, building on a history of innovation and customer
care. The company is committed to continuing its use of technology to test and build restrooms that set the
standard for excellence.
