Information provided by Sebach, a manufacturer of portable restrooms (toilets), handicap
wheelchair accessible units
Dear Moreno:
I would like to express my appreciation to you and your company. Your Drop-Tank unit has been invaluable in our
efforts to restore our business to pre-hurricane status. As with most of our fellow portable toilet companies in
Florida, three hurricanes in one month damaged a great deal of our units. With 300 units destroyed and 400 units
damaged, your rapid response allowed us to quickly replace our customer’s units. You and your staff, Demetra and
Marco, were very helpful in assisting with our needs and allowing us to not only replace our construction units but
to provide for the needs of our storm responders.
We were called upon to provide hundreds of units to our local energy companies, FEMA and our local emergency
operations commands. This would have not been possible if you did not quickly provide us with units. We ordered
containers of 100 units that were delivered to us on the day promised. The palletized toilets were very simple to put
together. With five employees, a container of 100 units could be assembled in three days. This fact alone makes
your unit valuable to us.
Anderson Rentals previously provided fiberglass special event units to our customers. With our truck and trailer
configurations, we could only carry 24 units. With your units, we can now carry two more units per truck and
trailer and more efficiently plan our deliveries. The arched roof design and tight packing characteristics of the Drop-
Tank allow for easy trailer loading and transportation. Once on site, the wheel configuration allows our drivers to
work much more efficiently.
Our customers have also been very receptive to your units. We first purchased your units to use at a very large air
show in Central Florida that requires 500 units with twice daily service for two weeks. This client is very
demanding, but he was very pleasantly surprised when he saw how nicely the units stood in a compact area. Space
was a premium, and with a 100,000 plus patrons a day, any additional room was greatly appreciated. This would
not have been possible with our old fiberglass units. We feel very comfortable that we will be able to maintain this
contract for years to come thanks to the good impression that your units made.
The portable restroom industry is blessed with many great companies and great representatives. Sebach might be a
new comer to the United States, but with great products and even better service, I am sure that you will quickly
become an industry leader. We have been very pleased with the high level of service that you have provided to us
and we look forward to future opportunities to use your company. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Jeremy Martin

have been designed to work for a fast, easy and effective service. You can choose between two combinations: the
ISUZU NPR 300HP V8 Gas 12,000 GVW equipped with the Sebach 380/150 or the ISUZU NQR 190 HP Diesel
17,950 GVW equipped with the Sebach 700/300. Isuzu trucks are valuable and affirmed vehicles already present
in the marketplace, Sebach vacuum modules represent a great new tool for operators. The vacuum modules are
available with a 380 Gal. Waste Tank and a 150 Gal. Water tank or a bigger 700 Gal Waste and 300 Gal. Water.
Both products maintain the same characteristics. Sebach vacuum modules are made of 5mm thick steel treated and
lacquered to resist rust and corrosion. The fabrication process is done completely at the Sebach Machine Shop
where steel slabs are bent and welded through a highly automated process. The fresh water reservoir is made of
translucent polyethylene and it is located beneath the main vacuum tank body. This feature ensures a perfect
balance that distributes its weight in a manner that guards against vehicle axel damage during transportation and it
promotes optimized loads. The unique Sebach design allows fo carriage of up to 4 units and operates at the same
time on both side of the truck, thanks to the presence of one vacuum hose and a pressure washer on each side of
the tank. The pressure washers can serve separately either for high pressure washing or for fresh water filling.
They can reach a length of 30 feet and they rewind automatically. The vacuum modules come with an
independent 12 HP Honda Engine, the pressure washing is driven by a hydraulic oil system that activates the piston
water pump. This system develops a powerful 150/atmosphere of pressure . The decompression engine, also
driven by the hydraulic system, reaches its optimum vacuum rating after 30 seconds. Other features are the mixing
valve and chemical polypropylene collector which allow automatic mix of chemical and accurate dosage. Sebach
service trucks combined with a competitive price represents a true value for operators.
